Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer
The basic principle of RTO is to make organic waste gas oxidation generating CO2 and H2O in high temperature (> 760 ℃) , thus to remove RTO adopt ceramic heat storage can make the heat get maximum recycling, heat recovery is more than 95%.
A.Technical characteristics

5, the highest temperature of combustion chamber is 2000oF (1093 oC),even though stop for 1 second in this temperature won't produce mechanical components and equipment damage lines.
6, the outdoor wall of regenerative chamber uses the stainless steel materials fixed ceramic fiber with high density cotton for insulation.
